Using an ‪@SnSGrills‬ Kettle is a great way to make one of the best BBQ Sandwiches!

Using a ‪@MEATER‬ probe is a great way to monitor your meat temps while smoking.

Smoke the loin at 225-250 degrees until 135 internal - then sear on all sides. Slice thin and serve on a kaiser bun with BBQ sauce and coleslaw.
