How to bridge STAK to Polygon - by StackingWei (Jigstack Ambassadors)
In order to use the Polygon network, you need to move $ETH from Ethereum Main Network to the Matic network. While the network is now called Polygon, it may appear as Matic Network in your MetaMask wallet. To move your $ETH, you will connect your MetaMask wallet to the Polygon Bridge.
What you need:
ETH on your Ethereum wallet
Token you wish to bridge
Head over to the Polygon Web Wallet at Polygon Web Wallet v2 and connect to the Polygon Bridge: https://wallet.polygon.technology/bridge

Once you have connected, you will see a screen that allows you to move your $ETH to Polygon. Input the quantity you wish to bridge, click Transfer, then click Continue to move funds from Ethereum Main Network to Polygon.
You’ll be shown a transfer overview that shows the total gas required to bridge the token over, click Continue to proceed and follow the instructions on screen.
Once your tokens are transferred, it will take 8–10 minutes for them to arrive on your wallet address on Polygon. You can return to the dashboard and see your tokens there: https://wallet.polygon.technology/wallet
NOTE: in order to make transactions on Polygon, you need $MATIC
