Where Are The BAND KEYBOARDIST Resources?

Let's talk about a lack of band keyboardist resources, especially for a cover band keyboard player, resulting in fewer qualified band keyboard players available in the music scene. But I also have an idea about something we could do to improve the complete lack of cover band keyboard charts. What do you think?
