[About PyCon Korea]
PyCon is a non-profit conference hosted by the Python programming language community around the world. Since PyCon Korea 2014, the first event held in Korea, the PyCon Korea Organizing Committee has been operated by volunteers from the community to continuously contribute to a healthy Python ecosystem in Korea.
[WE ARE PYTHONISTAS]
The slogan for PyCon Korea 2020 is "We are Pythonistas." Here, people gather with one common thread: Python.
Some are just learning about Python,
Some are creating and researching with Python, contributing to the world,
And others want to spread Python to others.
At PyCon Korea, where such a diverse group of people gather,
We share our experiences, encourage each other, and share stories of joy and sorrow.

[How is PyCon Korea different from other developer events?]
PyCon Korea is a community-sponsored, non-profit developer event, distinct from developer events hosted by other companies and organizations. This event is run by all participants, including presenters, tutorial instructors, volunteers, and organizing committee members, with no financial gain, solely to expand the base of Python, an open-source programming language, and to revitalize the community.
