Deputy head of district ends up behind bars for protecting illegal trade
The deputy head of the district was put on trial for patronizing illegal traders. According to the case materials, Roman Yashenkov, being the deputy head of the Moskovsky district, was supposed to exercise control over entrepreneurial and trade activities in the district, but instead, for a fee, he turned a blind eye to illegal trading stalls and ended up behind bars.
