100g lotus biscuits
100g digestive biscuits
100g melted butter
180g Philadelphia cheese
284ml double cream
2 tsp of vanilla extract or vanilla
1and half tbsp of icing sugar
200g of biscoff spread
you can melt The biscoff Spread in the microwave for one minute until it's smooth and runny
and it's always good to serve the dessert next day for better result and taste
