This video explains how to protect Excel file.
To protect Excel file.
1) Open Excel file and go to File tab.
2) Click on "Encrypt with password" under Protect document
3) Enter and confirm your password, then save your document.
It works with all versions of Microsoft Excel. The process is same for all versions.
