Yahusha or Yehoshua? How do we know?
Ever hear someone insist that we must not say “Yeshua” or “Yehoshua” (which are the Aramaic and Hebrew names of Jesus) but that the correct name is “Yahusha”? I have seen Bibles have been published with this nonsense.
They err because they lack knowledge of Hebrew. They believe that since the name Yeshoshua is often written without a letter “vav” before the “ayin” (יהושע) then there’s no vowel there. It’s silly that they have not bothered to learn, so don't bother listening to them.
