The 2025 Audi RS Q8 introduces a powerful new Performance model, pushing it closer to Lamborghini Urus territory with 631 horsepower—an increase of 40 hp over the standard RS Q8. Although it’s just shy of the non-hybrid Urus's 657 hp, the RS Q8 Performance brings impressive upgrades like a lighter, louder exhaust system and enhanced back pressure, resulting in 627 lb-ft of torque. Audi claims a 0–60 mph time of 3.5 seconds, though prior models have reached it in 3.2 seconds.
The Performance variant includes a height-adjustable air suspension, 48-volt anti-roll bars, four-wheel steering, and optional 23-inch forged wheels, improving agility and reducing weight by 44 pounds. The SUV also sports visual updates like a new bumper, larger intakes, Matrix LED headlights, and OLED taillights with customizable light signatures. Inside, it offers premium touches like microsuede accents, a 12.3-inch Virtual Cockpit, and an exclusive shift-light indicator.
Initially released in Europe, U.S. details are anticipated soon, with prices expected to exceed the previous model’s starting point of $126,995.
