Kevin Hart seems to be steering clear of Sean 'P Diddy' Combs during the rapper's current legal woes, which include sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
While out with his wife Eniko at LAVO in West Hollywood, Kevin was swamped by reporters quizzing him about his links to P Diddy.
As he entered the eatery, journalists grilled him about a party he once hosted for the now-disgraced music mogul.

Kevin appeared to dismiss any connection to the infamous parties, remarking in a video that has come to light: "When I hosted for Diddy? You're asking the wrong person the wrong question," He was also asked if he thought Diddy was "safe in jail", referring to the 54 year old hip-hop legend's incarceration at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, known for its poor conditions.

In a clip obtained by The Daily Mail, Kevin retorted: "Wrong person, wrong question."
This comes after a video surfaced showing Kevin near a bathtub at one of Diddy's extravagant soirees. The footage shows him holding a mic while a woman in a red bikini sits next to him, and another reveller relaxes in the tub filled with water.

Kevin joked: "If we can, let's just move the camera a little this way. I don't want my shot to even come close to the bed at all."
Ashton Kutcher has been spotted out and about for the first time since Diddy's infamous parties came under fire due to critical comments. Despite being on suicide watch, P Diddy is said to be keeping his spirits up after family visits.
During a video shoot, a metallic sexual device was unexpectedly seen left on the bed, while Kevin went off on a rant in the clip. Facing serious charges of racketeering conspiracy, forced sex trafficking, and pimping offences, Diddy has strongly denied all allegations against him.
Currently, Diddy is contesting a judge's decision to keep him in jail before his trial begins. On Monday, Diddy's legal team filed an appeal notice challenging a federal court's rejection of his bail request on two occasions.
A close source familiar with Diddy's case informed The Mirror US about the recent legal action, stating: "A notice of appeal was filed in the second circuit regarding Mr. Combs' detention."
They added, "This is a standard notice to the court and the actual appeal brief will be filed soon," and revealed that Diddy is assembling a top-notch legal team for his upcoming court battle.
The source continued: "Sean Combs is assembling his dream legal defense team, bringing in Anthony Ricco and Alexandra Shapiro for the trial. Tony is one of the top trial lawyers in the country. Alexandra is without a doubt the best appellate lawyer practicing today."
