Dream Satellite 2 - Poniko no Heya [BGM_027, BGM_028]

I've recently participated in a collab album that celebrated Yume Nikki's 20th anniversary! It's one of my all time favorite games, so I was very happy to be a part of it.
This is a remix of both versions of Poniko's Room, hence the two BGM indications in the title! It's been a while since I tried my hand at creating something like this. I really like the sound of the Koto by Sonic Instruments, maybe I should use it more, even outside of music inspired by traditional Japanese music. Also, playing around with the Kakegoe was fun too. The idea to do this actually came from a conference talk where someone pointed out the references to traditional Japanese scales in various games, including Yume Nikki. I can recommend checking it out!
