Semipro B8 alloy cymbal with better lathing and hammering than other B8's such as Sabian. The 2002s are also in B8 but worked in such a way as to have more sustain and a better sound.
Dark and metallic sound with copper aftertaste, classic for copper cymbals. Thick bell, closed and integrated
I would have liked it to be lighter as the cymbal sounds too heavy as well as the decay. Perhaps it would make more sense to use it as a light ride or as a crash ride.
Absolutely rejected as crash!!
RECOMMENDED: as a light ride, pop, blues, fusion while as a crashride in metal and punk
NOT RECOMMENDED: jazz, swing, dance
