Tech Talk: Bushbuck Kayahan Snake X Gaiter
These snake-resistant gaiters are constructed with ultra-tough 600d poly spun dual bonded canvas. The fabric has been tested on various Australian snake species, including the Jungle Carpet Python, Olive Python, Coastal Carpet Python, Tiger Snake, Death Adder, and two Mulga snake species. We tested how the gaiters stood up to both snake bite force and striking and found 0% fang penetration or 100% resistance. While the Kayahan Snake X Gaiter will provide a layer of protection for your lower legs and we're confident in our testing, we cannot claim that the gaiters are "snake proof" nor guarantee that the wearer won't get bitten.
