Yuzu Shakerato
Red aperitivo, yuzu sake, yuzu juice, shiso bitters
Saw this absolute banger of a cocktail from Bar Leone in Hong Kong, and had to make one of them. The yuzu shakerato is light, airy, bittersweet, herbal and citrusy, a perfect summer cocktail!
1.5 oz red aperitivo
.75 oz yuzu sake (or dry vermouth)
.5 oz yuzu juice
Bar spoon simple syrup (optional)
Shiso bitters
Add all ingredients to a shaking tin with a big block of ice and shake until cold. Strain into a coupe glass, add ice from tin into the glass and serve.
