HSPF310: How do I create a new project in BASINS?
This is the first video of the HSPF 300 course. This video describes how to create a new project in BASINS.

Couple of important points to note:
1. As of Mar 8, 2026, the NWIS stations file is not downloading. I have provided a shapefile for the NWIS stations in the github folder. The flow data from the NWIS station is available in one of the WDM files.
2. NLDAS grids is available, but the NLDAS data is not downloading as of Mar 8, 2026. I have provided a meteorological WDM file in the github folder, you can use it.
3. Once the download process updates, I will update the video.
