In this Short video I have explained how you can extract initial from the given fullname in Microsoft Excel.
Use this formula: =LEFT(TargetCell, 1) & MID(TargetCell, FIND(" ", TargetCell)+1,1)
For Example, =LEFT(A1, 1) %MID(A2, FIND(" ", A2)+1,1)
