This a Quick Win video in 30 seconds or less. This video will show you how to enable an Outlook setting that will check your spelling before sending an email. Simply navigate to File / Options / Mail and in the Compose Message group look for the setting Always check spelling before sending. Check-mark this setting and click OK. Now when you attempt to send an email with any spelling conflicts a review box will appear. This will give you an opportunity to resolve each issue found in the email body. Once all the items have been reviewed the email will send. If you want to mistake proof typos before sending emails start using this Outlook spell check setting today!
