Sugar - 110 g
Flour - 110 g
Salt - a pinch
Filling:
Sour cream - 400 g
Gelatin - 10 g
Coconut flakes - 70 g
Powdered sugar - 80 g
Pineapple syrup - 6 tbsp
Pineapple - 1 can (580 ml)
Pineapple syrup for soaking
