Korean style eggplant. Incredibly delicious salad.
Ingredients:
2 carrots.
2 cucumber.
1 red bell pepper.
1 bunch of cilantro.
2 eggplants.
1.5 tbsp soy sauce.
1 tbsp vinegar 10%
0.5 tbsp coriander.
0.5 tbsp paprika.
4 cloves of garlic.
60 ml hot oil.
