Calasanz "s Passion, Hollywood Discovered it?..Group Exercises
This is an archive clip demonstrating Calasanz conducting mixed class for man, woman and kids. Calasanz always has been known for the vast energy he demonstrates and inspiration he puts into his students. Part of this should be attributed to the fact that all classes Calasanz conducts he performs with the greatest input not allowing himself any brake or short cut. First section represents Jumping Jacks, which are Calasanz Systems Jumping Jacks, followed by exercise that warms up and starched body and prepares it for fighting; followed by Calasanz System mount claiming exercises.
