Hockey Gratitude Lesson for the World's Greatest Game/The Hockey Gratitude Lesson Every Player Needs
In this video, learn the hockey gratitude lesson that every player needs to know. Hockey is the world's greatest game, and it's important to show gratitude for all that it has given us. This lesson will help you appreciate the sport and all the opportunities it brings. Join us and spread the hockey gratitude!

Paying respect to the sport you love is a grounding and humbling activity that has performance benefits.

Players who stay connected to the authentic reasons of WHY they play, have more fun and play more consistently, experience less stress, and perform better.

Players who are grateful to the game are better teammates, better people, and bring an attitude and energy that coaches and GM's want.

Sometimes players can get down due their situation - not the right line, no PP time, a healthy scratch, etc. It's times like these where we need to stay grateful and curious - hockey might be giving you exactly what you need.

An NHL GM once told me, "Hockey doesn't owe you a thing." At the time I didn't really understand what he meant, but I think I do now.

Hockey gave me more than I ever gave it, and I will be eternally grateful.

I host a group called the Inner Circle. These players have two things in common:

1) they have graduated my signature mindset training program called the Peak Potential Project
2) hockey is their passion

Every 2 weeks we meet as group. Prior to the coaching call I provide them with teaching videos and a small assignment to help them move their game to higher levels.

This week I thought I would share the teaching video for my Inner Circle with everyone because it is an important exercise for those who love hockey as much as I do.

Let's continue to elevate the game and the prople who play it!
