Fix 0x800F081F , 0x800F0906 Windows 8- 8.1 ( .Net FrameWork 3.5)

Windows 8.1–can’t install .Net Framework 3.5 (0x800F0906, 0x800F081F)
*Today we will solve problem that's really gave me a Headache :\
-install/Enabled .Net FrameWork 3.5 / 2 on Windows 8 / 8.1
-just follow these steps :
1-uninstall updates KB2966826 and KB2966828 and KB2966827
i'll not uninstall it xD ,, you just have to click yes and don't worry
then try to find KB2966828 and KB2966827 if didn't find it it's okay keep going
2-Go To cmd then type = msconfig
3-Boot Settings = Safe Boot = oK
4-Go To CMD again type = shutdown.exe -r -t 0 then press enter
computer gonna be restart
5-when windows booted from safe mode go and run a file ,, i'll put the link on Description
Run it as an administrator
Next Next then waiting maybe will take afew minutes
6- waiting until install complete And Have Fun :)
