The use of "other people's money" is how ordinary people become rich with real estate.
The secret sauce to real estate investing is leverage. With leverage, you control a lot with a little. How about using 20% of your money for 100% control? What about even 3.5%?
Leverage, in simplest terms, is applying your output in an intelligent way to gain the greatest advantage. Leverage is how ordinary people lift boulders with a pull of a lever, drive cars with a minor push of a pedal, and create multi-billion dollar businesses with an idea and education.
