Ram 1500 Upper Control Arm Replacement | Easy Steps - Blown Upper Ball Joint (2017 Ram, 1A Auto)
In today's video, we tackle replacing the upper ball joints on my 2017 Ram 1500. With the help of 1A Auto's factory-style replacement upper control arm, with removing just three bolts/nuts, I was able to swap out my junk ball joints with entirely new upper control arms, for under $100 for the pair.
Although my truck is lifted, this 6" Fabtech suspension lift for 2013-2018 Ram 1500 uses factory upper control arms/ball joints, so I was able to do a quick swaparoo. If I'm not mistaken, this replacement should apply for all factory Ram 1500s 2011-2018 (4th gen).
