Burner Man beaten in less than a minute? - Mega Man & Bass
Burner Man and it's stage have a reputation of throwing bullshit at you at every corner, with the Burner Man fight being considered one of the hardest and most annoying Robot Masters in the series. While can say that the stage have tons of newbie traps and the boss fight seems extremely erratic fast as hell, which he is compared to most Robot Masters he is actually simple to defeat if you know what you are doing. I'm no speed runner nor do I call myself the best Mega Man player of all time, but I did play this game since the early 00s so I have a bit of experience with this game.
You will always have Cold Man weapon Ice Wall so use that, because is it's weakness. While hitting him with the the wall itself causes a bit of damage you want to push Burner Man for a ton of damage. That being said the key point on this fight while playing Mega Man is don't chase Burner Man, he is faster and more agile than you and deals massive damage. Instead stay near the center of the stage and keep calm and don't move much. Let him move around you attacking when you can. When he stops moving around use the Ice Wall and in no time you will kill him. I have seen many first time players trying to rush at him and being destroyed. You have to stand your ground and have quick reflexes but this fight is totally reactive let Burner Man do his thing and Punish him when you can. This fight is quick you either kill him or he kills you but don't fall for his trap of chasing him and stand your ground.
