SETEC AUTOMATIC GLAZING PLANT WITH S6 TYPE GLAZING ROBOT FOR WATER CLOSETS
This full automatic plant is studied and realized by SETEC in order to increase at the maximum level the quality and automation of the glazing operations in the sanitary ware production.
The plant is equipped with a robot that manages all the transferring operations of the WC and other articles from the loading position to the different stations of the line.
Two "upward" trap glazing machines automatically fill the articles of liquid glaze covering 100% of internal surface of ceramic including rim and siphon, in order to obtain best quality and reduce glazing robot working time.
The same handling robot transfers the sanitary piece to the four arms carousel of the 6 axis robot for carrying out the external glazing with minimum waste of glaze and finest quality also thanks to the special glazing booth included in the plant.
Another transferring device takes the finished products out of the line on the unloading conveyor belt.
Turntables of the carousel are than automatically cleaned by a washing station.
