COD celebrates 10 years with the Community College Initiative Program
College of DuPage has proudly participated in the Community College Initiative program for over ten years. Sponsored by the US Department of State, and administered by Northern Virginia Community College, the CCI program provides scholarships for students in underrepresented areas of the world to spend up to one academic year at a United States community college. Through professional internships, service learning, and community engagement activities, participants strengthen English language proficiency and immerse themselves in the culture and day-to-day life in the United States.
