This section is a bit difficult… because we’re talking about how far we stretch ourselves while always trying to be good.

– It’s easy to stay when a child says “sleep next to me”… but what about tomorrow?
– Is it right to say “share” in the park, or to say “you don’t have to give if you don’t want to”? – When you’re always the one giving and then one day you’re ignored… who’s to blame then?
– When a doubt creeps in… is it harder to trust or not to check? – Always being the listener and never being able to say “I need it too”… is that really kindness? – Giving in during a crisis at the supermarket… is it comforting the child or erasing the boundary?
– Still waiting for approval from your mother after the age of 30… can we really grow up without breaking this?

Because the truth is:
Setting boundaries isn’t a bad thing.
On the contrary… it’s protecting both yourself and the other person.

Every time we say “okay,” we get a little more tired,
every time we can’t say “no,” we fade away a little more.

In this section we're talking about:
The fine line between being okay and losing yourself.

Come ready… because we're going to remember to say "no" a little.
