Thriving Business - How I use the Wiki feature in Microsoft Teams
In this video, I’m sharing some ideas from my own business to help you see how you could use the Wiki feature inside Microsoft Teams.
This super useful tab inside your Microsoft Teams channels gives you a central space similar to a OneNote page, where you can create a frequently asked questions space, or document processes or elements of your work process. I find this useful in two specific ways. Firstly, I use it to track the ideas, content and links that fit under the six (6) different themes I have for my Facebook group. I also use it with my clients to document specific instructions or requirements under different tasks I do for them.
I find this really useful as I have access to Teams on all of my devices, and I can easily copy content from the Wiki into social media posts, or other programs I am working in for clients.
