#8 3 fails but in the end its beautiful cloud pour! tutorial I show all fails
Hey everyone, I am a full discloser artist so I am showing all my fails in this video! I said when I started I would not hold back anything, if you all want to know anything I do and I didn't show it, or explain it to where you understand what I did let me know I will tell you! I want us all to grow as artist together, and if you are not an artist but want to be one I want to help you. So lets paint and make beautiful art!!! This painting was a tough one and I fought to get a painting I could be happy with, and I did!
my base paint is
Behr satin enamels with Liquitex basic iridescent white and floetrol
Behr - 2 parts
Liquitex iridescent white- 1 part
floetrol- 1 part
and a good squirt of pouring medium
so if you did 4 cups it would be 2 cups Behr, 1 cup Liquitex and 1 cup floetrol
all tube paints are mixed 1 part paint and 2 parts floetrol and a squirt of pm
golden is mixed 1 part paint and 3 parts floetrol
colors
Golden fluid acrylic- cobalt turquoise 4 drops and 2 drops teal
Master's Touch- purple red Liquitex Basic iridescent white and gold nickel azo gold mixed to make a coral color
Artist Loft- copper with Golden iridescent gold
Decoart- 24k gold with Golden iridescent
Amsterdam - Naples yellow red LT, Golden iridescent pearl
Decoart suede- Olive mixed with Amsterdam Prussian blue phthlo
cloud technique: Amsterdam Naples yellow red LT with golden iridescent
bronze and iridescent gold
then when I got frustrated I pulled out paints already mixed they were
Liquitex basic -Prussian blue
Golden- Paynes gray mixed with Prussian blue
folk art design cream- Night fall that is the lighter blue color
