It has been modified by Fischer & Ravn, probably in the 1950s or 1960s.
It is possible there was originally a 90° door arrangement, with the side door opening on the top floor. The door up there has been replaced and possibly rearranged to align with the other shaft doors that are both still original. Thus reducing two door sides to one.
The interior also suggests this, with the cabin layout, the positioning of guiderails in each corner aswell as the placement of the car operating panel. The call fixture on ground floor is still original from 1939 by Titan.
I'm not sure about the machinery, but it's definitely some good old-fashioned single-speed movement with excellent efficiency for the distance travelled.
