Finally a New top 22 favorite anime guys for you :D The last one i made was so bad and inaccurate, and i have been wanting to revamp it for so long...
As for why i have Kaito and Len here (Vocaloid) I believe they show much more personality than lots of other anime characters do, therefore i wanted to include them on my list as well. They may not be from an anime, but they show enough personality to actually come from one. Same with Gary
