The new Mirka® AIROS is the first smart electric sander for collaborative robots and industrial robotic systems. Designed by dedicated surface finishing professionals, this automated industrial random orbital sander is easy to integrate and suits the requirements of different manufacturing industries.
The Mirka AIROS is an electric sander in an aluminum housing with a flange for mechanical coupling to robots according to ISO 9409-1. The tool is designed to offer maximum flexibility by enabling all mechanical couplings from standard ISO to be customized using an adaptor. The motor runs on 48V, making it extra safe for wet sanding.
In addition to the sanding head, we offer surface finishing solutions based on over 75 years of experience and can be your partner through the entire process.
