UPPER Function
The UPPER function converts every letter in a text string to uppercase. It ignores numbers and punctuation.
LOWER Function
The LOWER function converts every letter to lowercase. This is incredibly useful for standardizing email addresses or IDs so that "Admin" and "admin" are treated the same.
PROPER Function
The PROPER function (often called Title Case in coding) capitalizes the first letter of every word and makes the rest lowercase. It is perfect for names and titles.
