Maple Grove Rehab | 7•29•20
We are wrapping up what we call a full boat rehab in Maple Grove and targeting listing it today or Thursday! There are a few “punch list” items that need to be done and then some final pics and BOOM! On the MLS ready for showings.
This particular rehab has taken a lot longer than we anticipated AND there were several things that came up that we were not aware of when we started. What helps us when this happens is to FOCUS on the process, not necessarily the current situation. So when we encounter the unforeseen, we just run through our normal process, which in this case is getting investor bids and keep MOVING FORWARD TOWARDS THE FINISH LINE!
