I’m truly enjoyed watching CCTV footage to monitor the movement of people, reading the body languages like investigating a certain incident since I graduated in Bachelor of Science in Criminology. I’ve been in the security industry for over 9 years. I haven working as a security surveillance officer and CCTV operator specialist just over 8 years in BPO Companies and corporate offices. I started as line security guard and was promoted to CCTV operator after a year. I am passionate about learning new skills and have completed number of training courses like CCTV Operation and Command Center Specialist Course, Digital Surveillance Specialist Course, General Security Guard Course in National Security Institute UAE, and Handling/Operating Security Surveillance System, fire alarm and detection System, Access Control System ,and BMS system. I have develop as strong skills set like observant expertize, decision making skills and also I’m a team player, multitasking and able to work under pressure and minimal supervision. In fact in my previous job when there’s an earthquake I was assigned in control room, after the tremor and duck cover and hold, I decided to announce immediately for evacuation even without confirmation of what required magnitude to evacuate the building by building/property engineering team using their seismic machine, because as my instinct the tremor is beyond the limit of required magnitude that no need to evacuate, while I announced I’m also monitoring the CCTV and ACS to ensure all doors are release and staff are evacuate with coordination with other guards in field using handheld radio, notify the EHS team or to incident commander, because of that the management or the country head of that company compliment the quick decision and execution of emergency procedure plan by the security team.
And I’m eager to make full use of this skills, experience, education/knowledge and trainings in a large and challenging working environment.
