On an area of more than half a million square meters, Tema İstanbul 2 project is located in Halkalı district of Küçükçekmece municipality in the European part of İstanbul.

Around the entrances of the project, there is a private university, an international school, a health center, 3 public schools, a cultural center, a library, and 2 mosques.
The project is characterized by the presence of many universities and schools around it, such as Altınbaş University, American International Kids Academy, İhsan International School, Tema Bahçeşehir College, and TED Atakent College.
Also, around the project, there are many hospitals, such as Sultan Süleyman Hospital, Tema İstanbul Hospital, Güneşli Erdem Hospital, BHT Clinic, Acıbadem University Hospital, and Akif Ersoy Hospital.
Right next to the project there is Tema Word Park, which is one of the largest entertainment areas in Istanbul, similar to Disney Land.
