Where is Lore in the new Picard series? He was deactivated but his body was sent to the Daystrum institute. Could Maddox have used Lore's neurons instead of Data's to make the new synthetics which rebelled on Mars? Are Dahj and Soji actually Lore's daughters? Could he be the mastermind behind everything? Has he taken Maddox's identity and is hiding because of the ban on synthetics? Could Dahj and Soji be much more than they seem, could they be spies? Star Trek Theory
