If you want to get wither roses, put the wither in a mine and spawn a bunch of chickens using eggs
Make another 2 block high platform in the end for killing endermen way easier
Make an enderman farm in the end for mass exp
Kill the Ender dragon again in case you want another elytra or want more loot
Make shulker boxes for easier transport
Enchant your whole set with mending so you don’t need diamonds any more
Fall into the void only to elytra back up with fireworks
Build a beacon of haste before mining out large areas
Gather blue ice and make your nether highway faster
Get a trident and enchant it with channeling
Make charged creepers to get mob heads
Breed turtles to make a scute helmet

Raid a Woodland Mansion and get a totem of undying
