KUMAMOTO CASTLE - THE BROKEN JEWEL of 2016
Hello, today's vlog is about the famous Kumamoto Castle on the island of Kyushu. It's one of the three great castles of Japan, along with Osaka and Nagoya. The site is immense, with many original buildings or those rebuilt in wood to match the original design.
However, the site suffered greatly from the double earthquake of 2016, and we'll see that this is still very visible even eight years later.
