Hello everyone! Today I'm making my childhood favorite, "Turtle Cake." It's delicious and, most importantly, easy to make.
You'll need:

For the sponge cake:
1. Eggs - 6
2. Sugar - 1 cup
3. Baking soda - 1 tsp
4. Flour - 2 cups

For the frosting:
1. Sour cream - 800g (15%)
2. Sugar - 1 cup

For decoration:
Chocolate bar
