hi, more BE = more xueyi carnage and i like carnage. TLDR: Imo it is extremely good for BE focused allies ie Xueyi/SW, but going out your way to refarm 4 pieces of this would not be a must. COMMENT IDEAS I DO VIDEOS ON COMMENTS FOR A LIVING AWOIDHAISUCAWCOAC.
