Chapter 9 - Swampy's Lair
Story: Frogger and Lillie Frog finally arrive at Swampy's Lair that is hidden under the haunted house, but after Frogger tries to open the door of the house, he accidentaly activates a trapdoor in front of it on which Lillie Frog was standing, causing her to fall into a trap. As it wasn't hard enough Frogger had to rescue the baby frogs from Swampy, but now he has to rescue Lillie Frog and baby frogs from Swampy simultaneously, like he needed more to do.
Gameplay: Haunted House is the second level of Halloween environment and it's very hard. At the beginning, there are floors which will shatter whenever you move so go slowly in order to rescue green frog. Door in the middle of the hallway of the haunted house will open only when you rescue green frog. The hardest and most traumatizing part of the Haunted House level is rescuing a purple frog because when you enter the room in which the purple frog is located, because purple frog will be appearing on different spots every time you get close to it and the blue ghost that is slowly chasing you and laughing sadistically makes it very hard and even more terrifying in combo with the thunder in the outer background of the level. Purple frog will stop teleporting only when it appears on the chest and when you rescue it, blue ghost will also disappear. To rescue red frog, you must climb on the top of the cauldron, and look out for fire coming out of the cauldron which can ignite you and kill you. Steam coming out of the green liquid of the cauldron can kill you as well. Haunted House is also the final level which you will play as Frogger.
