2012: Yellowstone Eruption Scene
I've edited this scene down to specifically showcase the geologic aspects; namely pyroclastic flow, lava bombs, and explosive-type eruptions.
While this is definitely a "bad science" movie overall, this one scene does a great job of showcasing many volcanic features.
