Voici une vidéo des entrainements de ce mois de janvier avec 1 nineteen ainsi qu'un 2000 de fin décembre.
Je sors enfin d'une looongue période de blessure qui aura durée presque 2 mois mais ça y est, c'est derrière moi maintenant (merci mon Dieu).
Comme vous avez pu le voir dans mes précédentes vidéos "post-opérations" (section After surgery), j'ai profité de ce temps pour travailler différemment, pour reprendre certain mouvement à partir de zéro, pour analyser, pour comprendre ce que je faisais et j'aime à croire que j'ai beaucoup progressé dans ma manière de travailler.
La semaine dernière j'ai pu faire deux vrilles ainsi que 2 vrilles-coudes enchaînées après une année passée sans pouvoir le faire et cette semaine j'ai envoyé la 3ème.
J'ai aussi commencé à vraiment travailler le nineteen coude (merci Bgirl Jazzy) et je suis à presque 3 tours !

Here is a video of the training of this month of January with 1 nineteen as well as a 2000 of late December.
I finally come out of a long period of injury that will have lasted almost 2 months but that's it, it's behind me now (thank God).
As you may have seen in my previous post-surgery videos (After surgery section), I took advantage of this time to work differently, to rework some movement from scratch, to analyze, to understand what I was doing and I like to believe that I have progressed a lot in my way of working.
Last week I was able to do two airflares / elbow airflares in a row after a year without being able to do it and this week I sent the 3rd.
I also started to really work the elbow spin (thanks Bgirl Jazzy) and I'm almost 3 laps away !
