I love an alternate tuning and discovered how to play this one kind of by accident, while experimenting with different tuning of the top string. This is Capo 5 for drop-G with a second capo on 7 (the guitar is usually tuned to D-standard without capos), but with the top string tuned down an extra tone. In short, tune to D-G-C-F-A-C and capo 5 all the way, with capo 7 on the top 5 strings.
