THER PROPER WAY TO DRINK MATE. What's the effect of mate? How to brew it? Mate - what is it?
Few people know what mate is. Well, many have heard this word, but it is not clear what kind of drink this is?
Mate is a drink based on the leaves of the Paraguayan holly (this is a plant). The basis of the effect is the same caffeine, but the effect is slightly different.
Holly is Paraguayan and mate is Argentinean. Interesting... Well, let's not go into the intricacies of botany, but rather let's go into the intricacies of brewing and drinking mate.
By the way, Argentina is the country that consumes the most mate in the world. Literally everyone drinks it here.
