Diane Kyne was strangled in 2010 in her Seminole, Florida home. Two 911 calls were made. One came from her son who said his stepdad killed his mom. The other 911 call was from Diane's husband who said her son just killed his wife.
The son, Kevin Kyne, was prosecuted and found guilty. He got an appeal and another trial. He was found not guilty.
So, did he really kill his mother? Or did his stepdad? The majority of comments on this case point the finger at Diane's husband. Are they correct or are they falling for a defense tactic that got the son out of prison?
