Best practices such as work breakdown structures (WBS), leveraging historical data, and using estimation tools within Dynamics 365 will be shared, alongside factors that add complexity, like customizations, data migration, and third-party integrations.
The meetup will feature real-world case studies showcasing successful estimation outcomes and lessons learned.
