Euston Station - Internal Drone Survey Roof Inspection
Proof that drones really can go anywhere – we’ve just finished working with AECOM and Network Rail to safely inspect the condition of the roof structure inside Euston Station.
This was a massive undertaking, with more than 40 hours spent on site and 13 hours of flying a customised drone to inspect around 6,000m of steel joists. Crucially it was all done at night without disrupting passengers, staff or any other works – and without the need for scaffolding or mobile platforms.
